Read profiles, ask questions, and agree on arrival times and house rules. A profile is not an identity check or a safety guarantee.

Protect your information

Keep passwords and financial details private. Do not send money in response to a hospitality request. Share your exact address only when you are comfortable.

Keep a backup plan

Tell someone you trust about your plans, meet in public first, and keep alternative accommodation available.

Block or report a member

Use Block member on a profile or Block in a conversation to stop new contact. Active stay requests between you are cancelled. Use Report concern on a profile or Report beside a message to send evidence to the community owner. Track reports in Account settings.
